- If you have been attacked within the last 10 minutes, you can not be attacked again. Attacking does not remove this timer.
- A new hospital building that heals X percentage of troops that were killed (damaged?) in battle. Healing happens for both the defender and the attacker, assuming both have hospitals.
- The armoury should be split into two buildings. One for defensively increasing KPE, and one for offensively increasing it. The defensive building would be cheaper to upgrade.

while the raid "shield" is fine by me i think it needs to drop the moment you attack if sooner then the 10 minutes. if your storng enough to attack then your storng enough to be attacked
